We ship across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $65.
• Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
• We package coffee carefully to protect freshness in transit.

Returns & satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you're not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we may be unable to accept returns of opened bags except in cases of a quality issue. Please reach out — we're reasonable and we want you to love your coffee.
